AB Artea Bankas is a growing Lithuanian bank with an ambitious agenda. Our Treasury team sits at the heart of the bank's balance sheet strategy – and we are looking for a talented Treasury Manager to join us as we scale.

If you want to work on interesting problems, not just maintain the status quo, this role is for you. We are actively driving the bank’s balance sheet and developing funding and capital markets initiatives where you will play a hands-on role from day one.

What you will do

• Manage the bank's liquidity position on a daily basis, ensuring compliance with internal limits and regulatory requirements (LCR, NSFR)

• Own and develop the ALM framework, including interest rate risk in the banking book (IRRBB) – EVE and NII sensitivity analysis, hedging strategy, and reporting to ALCO

• Maintain and develop the Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) methodology, ensuring accurate cost of funds allocation across business lines

• Prepare and present ALCO materials, regulatory reports (LCR/NSFR, interest rate risk), and internal management reporting

• Participate in the bank's funding and capital planning and development projects contributing to structuring, documentation, and ongoing management

• Support optimizing Treasury management infrastructure

• Monitor market developments (ECB rate cycle, Baltic funding markets, peer bank strategies) and translate them into actionable recommendations

What we are looking for

• 3+ years of experience in treasury, ALM, or a related function at a bank or financial institution

• Solid understanding of liquidity risk management, IRRBB, and the regulatory frameworks governing both (CRR, EBA guidelines, ECB expectations)

• Hands-on experience with FTP frameworks and their interaction with business line pricing is a strong advantage

• Experience with Bloomberg or similar market data and analytics platforms

• Good technical skills (SQL, Python) is an advantage

• Analytical mindset – comfortable building models, challenging assumptions, and communicating conclusions clearly

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables

• English proficiency at a professional level
