Marketing Technology Lead
About the role
We are looking for a Marketing Technology Lead to own the development of our Marketing Technology capability across "Artea" bank.
This role will be responsible for the MarTech vision, roadmap, vendor management, business requirements, platform adoption and governance. MarTech delivery will rely on cross-disciplinary collaboration, bringing together marketing, IT, and Product across architecture, integrations, and implementation..
You will act as the main MarTech representative across the organisation, connecting business needs, customer journeys, CRM, marketing automation, data, digital channels and technology partners.
This is a leadership role for someone who can build a scalable MarTech function and help the organisation move from campaign-based execution to automated, data-driven and measurable customer engagement.
Key responsibilities
· Align and lead the organisation-wide MarTech vision, roadmap and operating model.
· Own use case catalogue and prioritisation process.
· Translate business needs into clear requirements for IT, Product, Data and vendors.
· Lead vendor management, including platform partners, agencies and technology providers.
· Support RFI / RFP processes for platforms and services.
· Drive adoption of MarTech tools across marketing, CRM, sales and digital channels.
· Establish governance, working standards and KPI reporting for initiatives.
· Partner with IT and Product on integrations, platform development and technical delivery.
· Enable use cases across marketing automation, CRM activation, personalisation, consent, customer data and journey orchestration.
· Represent MarTech in cross-functional and senior stakeholder discussions.
What we expect
Must-have
· Experience in MarTech, customer engagement, digital growth or a related area.
· Strong understanding of how business needs translate into technology and data requirements.
· Experience managing vendors, platforms or technology partners.
· Ability to lead roadmap, prioritisation, governance and stakeholder alignment.
· Strong project or program management skills.
· Analytical mindset and ability to connect MarTech initiatives with business outcomes.
· Ability to work with senior stakeholders across business, IT, Product, Data and Marketing.
· Fluent Lithuanian and strong English skills
Nice-to-have
· Experience in financial services, banking, insurance, telecoms, e-commerce or another data-driven industry.
· Experience with marketing automation, CRM, CDP, journey orchestration, personalisation or NBA/NBO solutions.
· Experience with RFI / RFP processes.
· Understanding of GDPR, consent management and customer communication policies.
· Experience building a new capability, function or team.

Monthly Salary:
3450 - 5180 Eur. gross
