At Artea bank we are looking for a Paid Social Media Specialist to help grow customer acquisition across Artea Bank's digital channels. You will plan, launch, and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms, using data, experimentation, and audience insights to drive measurable business outcomes.

This is a performance-focused role for someone who enjoys combining analytical thinking with creative testing and is motivated by improving acquisition efficiency, lead quality, and conversion performance.

Every day, you’ll be #closer and:

• Plan, launch, and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

• Manage budgets, audiences, bidding, and campaign performance.

• Test creatives, messaging, audiences, and offers to improve results.

• Analyse campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Sales teams to drive acquisition and conversion.

To be #closer, you’ll need:

Must Have:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns.

• Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and at least one other paid social platform (TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Performance marketing mindset with understanding of CPA, CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion optimisation.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights.

• Fluent Lithuanian and English.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in banking, fintech, insurance, leasing, or another regulated industry.

• Experience with GA4, GTM, Conversion API, or advanced tracking solutions.

• Experience with CRO and landing page optimisation.

• Understanding of attribution, incrementality testing, and post-iOS privacy challenges.

• Experience using CRM, sales, or call centre data to improve lead quality and acquisition performance.
