At Artea bank we are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to help grow customer acquisition across Artea Bank's digital channels. You will plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms, using data, experimentation, and audience insights to drive measurable business outcomes.

This is a performance-focused role for someone who enjoys combining analytical thinking with creative testing and is motivated by improving acquisition efficiency, lead quality, and conversion performance.

Every day, you’ll be #closer and:

• Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Reddit, and other paid acquisition channels.

• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, audiences, and campaign performance.

• Analyse and improve key metrics such as CPA, CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates.

• Run audience, creative, messaging, and landing page tests to drive continuous improvement.

• Work with GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, and attribution data to make informed decisions.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Digital Sales teams to achieve growth targets.

• Identify new opportunities to scale acquisition efficiently.

To be #closer, you’ll bring:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or PPC.

• Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.

• Experience with at least one additional platform such as Reddit Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or TikTok Ads.

• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills.

• Experience with GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, or similar analytics tools.

• Ability to independently own campaigns and drive business results.

• Fluency in Lithuanian and English.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in fintech, insurance, leasing, e-commerce, or other regulated industries.

• Experience with CRO, A/B testing, and landing page optimisation.

• Knowledge of Conversion API, server-side tracking, or offline conversions.

• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve campaign performance and workflow efficiency
