IT Product Owner
The bank that’s closer to everyone — yes, that’s us.
We are looking for a IT Product Owner to take responsibility for the technical delivery of our Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM), Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) systems at the bank. Business requirements for these systems come from several business and compliance units, each covering different topics. Your role is to consolidate and analyze these requirements and design how best to implement them within the bank’s existing system ecosystem, while preserving system integrity, security and long-term sustainability.
Every day, you’ll be #closer and:
Receive and aggregate business requirements from various stakeholders (Compliance, Risk Management, Customer Service, business lines, etc.), identifying overlaps, dependencies and conflicts
Design how requirements are best implemented across the existing system landscape: which system, in what way and with which integrations, avoiding duplicate solutions and unnecessary technical debt
Prepare technical solution proposals, evaluating alternatives, scope, risks and impact on other systems
Manage the technical backlog, plan releases and align priorities with requirement owners
Be responsible for architectural consistency, integrations (API, ESB, event-driven), data flows and data quality
Coordinate work with developers, architects, testers, DevOps engineers and external vendors
Ensure proper testing, production release and change management processes
Monitor system performance, incidents and security; initiate root cause analysis and improvements
Participate in evaluating upgrades, migrations and vendor solutions
Contribute to automation initiatives that reduce manual work in KYC and AML processes
Prepare technical documentation and report on system status to management.
To be #closer, you’ll bring:
Higher education in computer science, engineering or a related field
At least 3–5 years of experience as a system owner, technical product owner, systems analyst, architect or in a similar role, preferably in the financial sector
Strong technical skills: knowledge of integration architecture (REST/SOAP APIs, ESB, message queues), data models and SQL
Ability to analyze and consolidate requirements from multiple parties and translate them into coherent technical solutions
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills: able to clearly justify technical decisions and negotiate priorities
Analytical and systems thinking
Proficiency in Lithuanian and English (spoken and written)
Nice to have:
Experience implementing or maintaining CLM / KYC / AML solutions
Understanding of KYC, AML and sanctions screening processes and regulatory requirements
Enterprise architecture knowledge (TOGAF or similar)
Knowledge of CI/CD, test automation, cloud technologies and information security best practices
Product Owner or Scrum certifications (CSPO, PSPO, SAFe POPM)
Experience working with group companies or multiple jurisdictions
Process modeling (BPMN) skills
Being #closer means you’ll get:
The green light for your ideas. Your suggestions will be heard — we value independence, curiosity, and initiative.
A manager who helps you grow. You’ll get clear direction and support while having plenty of freedom to act, learn, and develop.
An organisation that is changing. Joining Artea means more than just a new name — it means new ideas, perspectives, and opportunities to help shape our culture from within.
Achievements rooted in Lithuania. We’re especially proud to be a Lithuanian bank. We believe our country and our people are unique, and we do everything we can every day to help them realise their potential.
A personal benefits package. Health insurance, a pension savings programme, additional days off, flexible working hours, modern infrastructure — and that’s far from the complete list of benefits!
Competitive compensation. Your salary will depend on your experience and competencies, so we’re providing an indicative range of EUR 4400.00 – 6600.00 gross per month.
Performance bonuses. Our employees can earn bonuses based on the performance of the bank, their team, and their own individual performance.
What else is important?
