We are looking for a proactive and organized Specialist to join our Learning & Performance Management Team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about people development, enjoys coordinating projects and processes, and wants to contribute to building a high-performance culture.

Every day, you’ll be #closer and:

• Coordinate and continuously improve employee learning and development processes across the Group.

• Administer and develop our Learning Management System (LMS) and Performance management system.

• Coordinate internal and external training programs, conferences, seminars, and other development initiatives.

• Collect, analyze, and report employee development and performance data.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external training providers to deliver impactful learning solutions.

To be #closer, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in Learning & Development or related HR functions.

• Experience working with HR systems and digital platforms. Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Performance management system (advantage)

• E-training design skills (advantage)

• Ability to analyze data and transform insights into actionable recommendations

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

• Excellent spoken and written Lithuanian and very good English language skills
